Recruited into Dallas office in 2002 with no pharmaceutical or life science division; 5 years later - still here! Recruiting nationally in bio, pharma and device usually in the "commercial" space: product marketing, sales management, managed care, pricing, med ed, some MSLs. Usually prefer working with smaller to midsized clients and not big pharma - with a few exceptions! Big on building long term relationships and keeping them for networking and future placements!...

Joined this privately held retained recruiting agency in Dallas during the take off of emerging technology and the dot com space! All clients were pre-IPO, venture capital backed and we recruited anything and every kind of position they needed, from VPs, BODs, COO, Presidents and a few Directors... had a blast until it all crashed and funding slowed. Made the move to LucasGroup....

Hired by President to come in and turn around the national travelers division for PT, OTR and SLP contract travelers. Built a team of 9 Acct Mgrs/Recruiters and developed clients nationwide. In Sept 98 Mariner was acquired by Rehability and the travelers division was closed in Dallas. Took the next year off to have my second child!...
