How would you describe your time at Computer Sciences?

Wrote, edited, and revised documentation, using FrameMaker that explained how to use CSC Banking software and Annuity products. This documentation included: Installation Guides, End-user Guides, Technical Reference Manuals, Administrative Guides, screen definitions, Reports Manuals, Test Scripts, and Process Control Data (PCD) definitions. These documents were delivered on the Internet and compact disks (CDs) in Adobe PDF format and ensured the customer had what they needed to understand and use their software successfully.

?? Team Lead in documenting and editing the software installation guide that was delivered with the system on the initial release of the Credit Card System (CAMS II). This guide shows how to install the initial software in support of CAMS II.
