How would you describe your time at DNC Inc./The Ahwahnee Hotel?

I successfully trained in and worked nearly every station in the Ahwahnee Hotel's kitchen, not to mention, training replacement cooks as I moved through the kitchen stations.
The Ahwahnee Hotel is a Four Diamond hotel and is located in Yosemite National Park. There are over three and a half

How would you describe your time at Western Culinary Institute?

Trained in the fundamental basics of classical French cuisine with major emphasis on building a strong foundation of all the major cooking methods. World cuisines were also touched upon. Kitchen Management and recipe development and costing were also learned.
