How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

My dream job is a series of projects that have real impact on business results. The environment is open???ended and may even be semi???chaotic. Creativity, awareness and exploration of multiple options are rewarded. I love to be involved in what's happening and to take it on personally. A thoughtful and supportive atmosphere brings out the best in me.

People who know me see a dynamic stream of consciousness which, given adequate time and support, can develop into tangible and creative realities -- from software programs to pieces of art -- or even corporate strategies.

My best fit will not be a stable and structured organization. It will be a company in trouble or one that is on a growth track or embarking on a new enterprise.
