How would you describe your time at Schwans Consumer Brands?

My time here was too short, but extremely productive.

- Led re-sets at store locations using plan-o-grams and space allocation / management tools.
- I was responsible for the managing of up to 20 people including drivers, account managers, merchandisers and supervisors.
- Duties
included monitoring and changing deliveries and service levels at customer super markets.
- I provided a cohesive team effort that grew sales in excess of 15% during the year.
- Other duties included the hiring of associates.
- Met with key accounts, discussed and implemented distibution and service plans to increase sales and performance within their stores.

Working at Coca Cola was a great experience. At CCE, I got to wear many hats and witness change throughout the entire organization.

I worked with large and small customers directly, sold, solved problems, created alliances and friendships.

I managed up to twenty or more people at a
time, including sales, supervisors, CDL drivers and warehouse personnel.

I worked on projects, special events and travelled to add expertise to areas that needed help.
