What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?
Know what you want. Finding it is easy.
"Be willing to write bad poems." That's my way of saying that you are more likely to find what you want by trying things than by waiting around for the perfect gig to come along. Trying things creates a kind of momentum that allows you to navigate the ground between school and the real world....
