Answering directly to the C-Level or VP-Level, with a dotted line to
the President/CEO/GCIO.
* Defining Web and/or Strategy for Product lines or a Web site.
* Responsibility for products and Web presence company wide.
* Part of my job is defining/improving User Experience.
* Collaboration with a team of people.
* Interaction with internal and external people around the world.
* Customer interaction to determine their needs.
* Freedom, Budget and Resources to creatively solve problems.
* Small team that is guided by and works directly for me while also
given the ability to draw on other parts of the organization for
assistance.
* Making enough money to not have to worry about where the next dollar
is going to come from, and a sense of security.
* Working from home, a short commute or something reasonably flexible....
