How would you describe your time at Quicken Loans?
This experience has strengthened my communication skills due to the fact that I manage a pipeline of over 20 clients each day. At Quicken Loans I work with a team of 13 members. Each day we examine each clients unique financial situation and analyze current market conditions with Capital Markets in order to recommend the best financial move to do with their mortgage. Each month our team generates over $19 million in business. I have also been a top 10 Revenue award winner in a Region of over 160 mortgage consultants....

How would you describe your time at Ford Motor Company?
During the Six-Sigma Project with Ford Motor Company, I worked closely with a triad team to assess the ergonomic and economic impact of a current palette design in place at the Livonia, Michigan Ford Motor Plant. Our analysis applied Ergonomic Theory based on the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health to minimize the stress and strain the design invoked on the users. Also, our team used Optimization Theory and Lean Manufacturing Theory to minimize cost in shipping the products from China to the Livonia plant, while increasing the workers overall throughput (Jobs per Hour)....
