My dream job is one where I can use the skills I have acquired to be challenged toward a definable goal, or sets of goals. I enjoy multi-tasking and am extemely detail orientated, so those factors should be considered as well. Joseph has been both a mentor and leader for me in several aspects of my Navy career. As my Division Chief, he taught me a great deal about managing people and documenting their performance. In Quality Assurance, he provided constant feedback to improve my auditing methods and communications skills.
