Successful for 13 years with ARAMARK by learning the various aspects of the lines of business through the positions held. Accelerating from an Administrative Assistant to my current position as a Technical Group Lead, to which I am able support customers in resolving complex problems and work with team members to retrieve backup data from applications for extensive research via remote connectivity approve and maintain problems resolution databases. Develop and deliver ???in service??? training classes. Conduct reviews of resolved problems for accuracy and formulates/approves resolution data for inclusion in an interdepartmental knowledge base....

How would you describe your time at Drexel University?
Groundbreaking, in that Drexel University was the first school to require students to have a computer. To have the exposure to the newest technology and to use it to formulate an updated means of collecting date for the distribution of annual reports and information sheets for students on visiting companies. It was groundbreaking and gratifying to go from the dark age of using word processors and typewriters to a technology that enabled one organize and coordinate hundreds of schedules for companies of potent ional candidates seeking employment....
