What was your best interview experience like?
It was for Regis and Kelly. The VP of Production at the ABC company, Buena Vista Productions, with whom I had worked with the previous month, asked if I was available to meet him at his Burbank, CA office that next Friday to "describe what the job entails." I, of course, told him I was available and agreed to meet him at 10am. Unknown to him at the time, I was living in Ohio. So I packed up a few suitcases and drove the 2,300 miles. There I was, Friday at 10am, sitting on the sofa in his office. He opens the conversation by saying, "I'm interviewing candidates for the position..." I don't really know what he said immediately after that as my mind went to, "...he's INTERVIEWING?! I thought I had the job!!" Needless to say, I got the job, and the rest is history....

How would you describe your time at Nash Entertainment?
Very productive and positive. It was a learning experience as, at one point, I was coordinating for 3 reality TV shows simultaneously. It was a challenge that I rose to and was able to walk away with a new definition of multi-tasking and teamwork.

How would you describe your time at ABC/ Live With Regis & Kelly?
Exhilarating. From day 1, we hit the ground running. The show was shooting an LA remote and needed a location, crew, props, etc. It was my responsibility to find, book and instruct the respective hires. It was fast-paced and required a high level of multi-tasking, coordination and focus. It was a very positive experience....

How would you describe your time at The Cleveland Indians?
I would describe my time with the Indians as the most intense learning experience of my life. My first day on the job was opening day, so I had no formal training. I had to learn the ropes on my own, which I did, quickly and, in the end, very successfully.

How would you describe your time at Kent State University?
To be honest, I was lost. I was slightly unfocused on the task at hand, that being attaining the best education. I paid my own way through school, so it was a bit of a challenge to juggle 3 jobs and a full-time university schedule. It wasn't until a few years later that I realized what direction I wanted to steer my life, and I haven't looked back much since then....

Recommendations
I have done a game show and a reenactment with Kate and she is intelligent, hard working, resilient with the guts to pull long hours and take responsibility. I would hire her as a script supervisor, associate producer, researcher, assistant to producer and field producer. She is valuable to every production.
