How would you describe your time at FTD.COM?
I worked as a CSR in a call center, taking orders over the phone, dealing with customer complaints, and monitoring internet orders. I was also able to learn how to work with customers over the phone rather than face to face. I work very well with people, have patience in nessesary situations,it helped improve my typing skills, and I was able to learn how to use a specific computer program the company has.I enjoy working in this field....
