Organized! They always joke with me about all my folders and notebooks full of reminders and ideas, but they also know they can come to me at any time when they have a question about their paycheck, a procedure done here at the spa, a new product line, a treatment printout, anything they need. And there's no searching around, I know exactly where I've filed everything. I also hear the words "on top of everything" a lot. I tend to get a little nosy with my employees, but I think they appreciate it because I always know what's going on with each of my technicians. We are a very small operation, there are just 6 of us on the team here. I'm the glue that holds each of the service providers together....
