What's your ideal work environment?

My ideal work environment would be a fun, relaxed place to work at. I enjoy working for companies that know what their goal is and stay focused on that. Where the employes know what their role is and help each other get the job done.

I am the Production Department Manager and oversee employees who are working in the Florida office. Duties consist of building websites in CSS for the dental and medical community. Job consisted of building award winning NetLetters - basically taking the Quark files from the print department and transferring them into HTML online newsletters. The Digital Media department was also involved in designing Flash medical tools for Merck.
