What's your ideal role within an organization?

I hope to be a leader. Since I was very young, I have dreamed that I would make some novel discovery which would earn me the Nobel Prize. However, I realize that I still have much to learn, so I would welcome the opportunity to follow someone who could put me on the path toward my goal.
