I spend most of my time working on algorithms and processing information and have developed my own algorithm for more accurate language translation using various statistical models aimed at scaling well on a distributed platform. I use GWT AJAX Toolkit extensively for rendering web UIs and have developed a full-blown Excel-spreadsheet like grid component and used it in several modules in the my company's softwares. All GWT projects have been integrated Spring and Hibernate to make use of the extensive MVC support provided by those packages.

My personal projects are hosted on a Linux server that I play around with to gain server experience. While maintaining the server I have gained extensive hands-on knowledge on Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, Java, PHP, MySQL and Linux and LAMP administration.

A recent project of mine involved parsing information on wikipedia and applying rules from an engine to determine various facts, such as if person X met person Y. It gave me an understanding of information processing and a practical knowledge of rule-engines....
