I operate Nick's Pizzeria with my husband (you guessed it...his name is Nick.) I handle all "front of the house" responsibilities as well as marketing and special events. I'm always looking for opportunities to take what I've learned and apply it to other businesses and activities.

How would you describe your time at CTR Professionals?
I enjoyed my work with CTR Professionals, but my plate was too full managing full time employment along with restaurant ownership and freelance writing and marketing activities. I resigned from this position in mid-November 2007.
