How would you describe your time at Malberry Enterprises / Nick...?
I operate Nick's Pizzeria with my husband (you guessed it...his name is Nick.) I handle all "front of the house" responsibilities as well as marketing and special events. We are very community-oriented and like to tie restaurant activities into local organizations. How would you describe your time at CTR Professionals?
I enjoyed my work with CTR Professionals, but it has been increasingly difficult to manage full time employment along with restaurant ownership and freelance writing and marketing activities and therefore I resigned from this position in mid-November 2007.
