Challenging & Satisfying
I was brought into this company as an underwriter. Within 30 days, I had expanded the job description to accounting and agent assistant. Soon after, I became an agent and built a $1,000,000+ book of business. In this position, I was responsible for all aspects of sales & customer maintenance. I also trained new employees, maintained sales reports, and assisted with company contacts. I enjoyed all aspects of the positions I held....

Great Opportunity - Rewarding
I started at this company as a part time employee while still working at my previous employer. Within 3 months, I became a full-time employee and manager. I learned all aspects of Commercial, Health, Life, Property, and Casualty coverages. With a network of 30+ companies, it was important to fully understand underwriting guidelines to quickly assist the customer with their needs. Managing the staff was a rewarding experience. Hard work and positive reinforcement equals success....
