The marketing department is here for customers seeking new vehicle information and incentives. As the Knowledge Based Analyst (KBA) I am responsible for researching such inquiries that an agent on the phone is unable to find.

How would you describe your time at Progressive?
While at progressive I worked in a special unit dedicated to the hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma. This job required me to get things done at an accelerated rate, but also maintain 100% accuracy. This job was mostly data entry, filing in order of number and name, and working with customers to obtain titles of their vehicles and other critical information with the Salvage department....
