How would you describe your time at Mayfair Farms?
I started out as a bartender, but soon became the bar manager. I had a number of responsibilities which included making the schdeule for the bartenders, ordering and picking up supplies, creating martini recipes as well as overseeing and critiquing all of the parties. While doing this I was also bartending both on and off premises catered events. I created a Martini Bar station which the catering hall never had before. I created the recipes and designed the layout and decoration of the actual martini bar. While at Mayfair Farms I would frequently fill in as a waitress or hostess when needed. I was also a secretary for the General Manager as needed....
