What kind of job are you looking for?
I am looking for a teaching position; in addition, I am also seeking a job or career outside K-12 public education. I would prefer a job that allows me to utilize my knowledge of History and English in a field where I can use my reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. I am opening my search to include education and training careers outside of education. Some fields that I am considering are editing and writing jobs, non-Public schools, training jobs, Customer Service, and the like. Because I possess extensive education and experience in educating children and adults and a Bachelor's Degree in History and English with a concentration in English as a Second Language. With a Master's of Arts in Teaching, I have learned how to best determine the needs of students' parents, customers, superiors, and how to best assist them in achieving their goals and pursuing their dreams. I love helping people....

Master's of Arts in Teaching Degree: Primary area of study was Secondary Education and Instruction, Curriculum, and Leadership with concentrations in English and English as a Second Language teaching endorsements. Since then, have added the U.S. and World History teaching endorsements from the state of Tennessee. Chose to pursue the thesis option and wrote about Teaching Reading in the Content Areas. Suspect that teachers do not do so and do not understand how to teach reading or writing very effectively.
