Proactively determine and implement fiscal policy for the Division Director and CTC Fiscal Office. Dev and produce accurate management reports for the Transportation & Power Division, coordinating with CTC fiscal office and Division Director. Direct, process and reconcile all administrative transactions. Responsible for division policy development, oversight and production of all payroll documents, all purchasing (bids/quotes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, travel authorizations and expense reports, reimbursement requests, journal vouchers, petty cash, and other purchasing processes) for division. Manage and oversee all procurement card transactions. Position has signature authority up to $2,500 per transaction.

Monitor non-personal services (contractual and commodity) expenses for all programs. Independently collect and prepare statistical data for cost benefit analysis purposes as necessary, creating and maintaining tables and spreadsheets. Relate analysis to program activity and report to Division Chair and Fiscal Office as required. Ensure that all program activity is accurately posted to the correct accounts and object codes.

Train and provide direction to student workers on office procedures.

Develop and manage base budgets for 8 accounts (organizations); provide all detail and review with Division Director for budget planning and development. Provide detail and report on spending issues which could impact base budgets negatively. Confer with Division Director on potential initiative/contractual revenue and expenses that should be factored into the standard base budgets.
