How would you describe your time at Mauna Kea Technologies?
Development of a real-time acquisition software of microscopic images amongst a team of nine developers. ImageCell software is cross-platform, its source code is made of 200k lines (mainly C++ with some python scripts).
* Adding new features to existing products to meet requirements specifications
* Optimizing application performances by threading most used components to take advantage of the Quad-Core processor of targeted platform
* Optimizing application stability by fixing bugs and refactoring internal librairies
* Designing easy to use graphical user interfaces using Qt framework (version 4)
* Interacting with marketing, engineering teams (digital image processing and optics) and offshore validation team located in India
* Providing direct support to production staff that uses software internally
* Writing documentation meeting criteria requirements for FDA and ISO 13485-(medical) certifications...
