How would you describe your time at Apple?

A Mac Genius has to wear many hats, but a fitting description would be "resident tech guru." I am responsible for helping customers with face to face technical issues, performing repairs, and keeping all store technical assets running smoothly. My focus of study was on Visual Communication Design (what most would simply call Graphic Design, were it not for the medium's recent expansion into the digital landscape).
