Working as a Freight Clerk, I confirmed orders shipped for nightly invoicing. Print and process customer orders. Plan shipments by using company or customer routing guide. Track shipments to customers on a daily basis to ensure timely deliveries. File claims against carriers for lost or damaged packages and process checks for deposit. Analyzed rates based on Czar Lite and/or Ryder disc. Created monthly reports. I'm experienced DOT trianing, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 training. Knowledge of RFsmart bar coding system. Back up Lead Supervisor as needed. Load and unlaod trucks as needed. Ship parcel shipments using FedEx Ship Manager....
