How would you describe your time at Hope For The Heart?
Manage the production of a nationally syndicated Biblical counseling radio broadcast. This includes: understanding the radio audience, Biblical counseling, teaching philosophy and teaching methods, proficiency in managing projects and working in team settings within a diverse organization, writing scripts for weekly radio programs and co-producing record sessions, reviewing radio program content for practical and theological accuracy, managing pre and post-production of a weekly radio broadcast, counseling with other departments on the selection of previously recorded audio for various teaching settings.
Accomplishments include: having a key role in the planning and conversion of a 15 minute radio program to a 30 minute program format and successfully working with the Broadcast team to create and maintain a high quality production workflow during the year-and-a-half long transition from the 15 minute radio broadcast to the 30 minute broadcast.
Skills include: strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment along with high-level computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook. Mid-Level proficiency of Open Office and Pro Tools....

This included, ensuring the success of projects, and that the process of achieving the results were within the company's vision and goals, analyzing processes and making complex decisions regarding the impact of projects to banking centers and customers, preparing long-term project plans, developing written communications and other materials to support project implementation projects, providing post-implementation support and trouble-shooting to banking centers and banking center support areas, defining and monitoring success criteria....

The time spent at Dallas Theological Seminary was highly educational both academically and personally. While providing much knowledge there was also the factor of discipline and pushing through the times of challenge while pursuing a graduate degree and working full-time.
