What was your first job?
I began my career in the Professional Staffing industry in 1985, transitioning to Contract Engineering and Technical Staffing in 1989. Over the years I have become well acquainted with the unique engineering, IT, technical and scientific talent acquisition needs of the corporations that comprise the heart and soul of the Southern California's Biotech, Capital Equipment, Consumer Products, Information Technology, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical and Semiconductor industries. In 2007 I launched a women and minority owned business, Elite Technical Group, Inc., . My mission is to meet the very specific strategic business goals and staffing objectives of my esteemed clients by providing talent acquisition service offerings. Promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing after successfully launching the commercial division of transactional contract engineering services, leading the sales and recruiting teams (Corporate and San Diego locations) to record breaking sales, and an extensive list of new clients and future prospective customers.
