How would you describe your time at RecruitBUZZ?
Linda Hertz is a co-founder of one of the fastest growth Medical Sales Recruiting Firms in the USA: RecruitBUZZ. Both partners (Sharyn Aviv and Linda Hertz) bring a unique background to the Healthcare Executive Recruitment firm. Together they have formed a company based upon integrity, and a complete understanding of the hiring client to recruiter "best practice" working relationship first hand. Linda and Sharyn were in those roles when they first met; Linda was a Region Vice President with a leading medical company and Sharyn was her Healthcare Executive Recruiter streamlining recruitment processes for a large sales force expansion project in 2004. They clicked and the elements were all there for a successful client to recruiter relationship: true partnership, understanding of the client business, thorough candidate pre-screening, excellent follow-up and hard work! It worked so well they went into business together to do it all over again for others!
In short, we have both found our passion!...

A wonderful experience at every company from the original company (Davis & Geck) to the merged Sherwood Davis & Geck under the American Home Products ownership. Many promotions and huge learning opportunities with a solid experienced upper management team only valued after I left the company!

How would you describe your time at Parke Davis Medical Surgical?
Wonderful experience! Hired me at a time when woman were not hired readily in the Medical Sales Arena selling medical disposables into Acute Care or LTC. My first shot into medical sales and the company was sold two years later and the product line lives on within Covidien and PDI (Nice Pak Inc.)!

How would you describe your time at Armstrong World Industries?
First Job out of College, but I found them arrogant (they were the number one flooring company at the time), ridged and dictatorial to their customers. All said, there were some great people that I worked with at the divisional level. Happy they hired me so I could get a good foundation of business in the real world right out of college. Their later loss of marketshare and profile in the industry reflects what can happen when a leading manufacturer thinks they can dictate the marketplace!...
