Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My most influential mentor was Jeff Woodruff from Pagliacci Pizza. Working for him was not always easy. Every time I accomplished goals he set for me, he gave me more. It was from him that I learned that I can always be better and do more for the company. He also taught me the demeanor a manager must have. That being consistency, controlling emotion, and being un biased in all issues and circumstances. My time at Hallmark Services was a great experience. I did basic office tasks daily. As I completed my work faster and faster I was trained to help with billing and database record keeping.

The time I spent at Pagliacci Pizza was wonderful. The work environment made learning and teaching fun and stimulating. Through the years I became a strong leader and honed skills in communication, organization, finance, and projections. I also learned how to moon walk.
