Worked with the President in the start-up of the department; was a working manager and implemented forms, structures, reports and policies needed to run and maintain the department; in charge of the auditing of files for compliance and risk management audits; hired necessary staff and worked and supervised the operation division including documentation, tracking required information, budgeting of the department, reviewed legal documents from the attorneys, initiated and created numerous documentation; supervised the handling of the disbursement process, payoffs, interest bills, documentation and reporting; received numerous officer accommodations and recognitions....
