Build SKU-based planograms for merchandise assortments across retail formats for Sears and K-mart stores in hard and soft home areas. Work cross-functionally with the Merchant/Buyer, Inventory Manager, and Field Operations to develop and maintain easy to shop planograms that visually appeal and generate sales. Integrate basic and seasonal merchandise that flows into the next reset. Utilize visual marketing, space allocation, merchandise assortments, and inventory management to maximize SKU and assortment mix, space/shelf allocation, sales and profits.
??? Develop and incorporate merchandise presentation standards in the creation and maintenance of all planograms.
??? Respond and offer support to field operation inquiries regarding all aspects of planogram implementation.
??? Work with Buyers to ensure that all planograms are current and use correct data for size, shape and shelf space considerations.
??? Monitor competitive and industry activities regarding merchandise presentation, in-store marketing, packaging and assortment; monitor the latest industry trends to continually improve the space planning systems and processes.
