Taking care of recruitment process of candidates (having 2-30 years of experience)
Searching for the candidates through job portals (like Naukri, Monsterindia etc.)
Networking candidates using various portals, referencing and head hunting
Carefully review all applications to identify and evaluate those that meet the requirement criteria and minimum qualifications.
This evaluation includes consideration of such factors as professional experience and size and complexity of candidate???s current organization as compared to the hiring authority company.
Communicating with the candidates, understanding their profile and making them understand the requirement in hand to take things forward.
Scheduling telephonic or face to face interview of the short-listed candidates
Taking feedback from the concerned HR
