I am working for the Pre-Sale team.
OS2i offers free trials to international clients to understand the effectiveness of different service available for recruitment.
My responsibility is to deliver these projects. Involved in following activities
CV- Searching
Ability to identify search ???active candidates??? from Job Boards and clients internal candidate database.
Passive/ Deep Internet Search
Using advanced internet sourcing skills we identify ???passive candidates??? to create a targeted pool of head hunt-able candidates. In other words ???internet name generation???.
