Onsite support and remote support for local companies. Outlook configuration, email troubleshooting, VPN setups, printer networking, VOIP phone setup, installation and maintenance of OS, upgrades and patches deployment of .msi packages.

I have been a student there for the past year and a half. I have done alot of volunteer work for the school in the IT field. I assisted in setting up computers, VOIP phones, CISCO access points, patches, upgrades, and fiber optic cabling.
