What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?

I was asked about my strenghts in the areas of communication, consistency, and commitment.

I responded with a story about one of our therapeutic riding students. He does not have great verbal skills and we were asking him to tell the horse to "walk on". He would sign the words instead. So,
the head instructor, another instructor and I got together and came up with the plan to be consistent and always ask him the same way. We decided that one instructor would sign for him to be consistent, and really it all came down to communication. Communication between instructors and with the student. The result of all this planning was that he did actually start to say the words and other words as well.
