I believe my Ideal role within an organization would probably be customer service rep. someone who can be inside and outside the office. I like to visit customer sites and be sure they are getting the best quality, product, temp employees, etc. I've always been one to interact with the customer and show them that we aren't here just to make money but to gain a friendship, I like to know the customer is happy with what they have and that they are satisfied with our staff. Having a customers trust is most valuable to me, that customer will soon become loyal to only that company with trust....
