How would you describe your time at TOYAMA?

I grow stronger and i learned a lot of things.... my experience is incomparable .... i learned different ways of life.... i learned different culture when i traveled here ( Philippines and abroad ( Malaysia, China and Singapore )......

My experience here is much more than what i learned in
the four corner of my school.....

Aggressively develops and grows the business within the assigned territory to gain greater growth rate and creativity increase sales volume at the lowest possible cause by sustaining customer delight and maintaining the most sincere customer relations resulting to a long term partnership

Accountabilities:

Territory Development

Understands extensively and in depth the territory, types of outlets and owners and identifies sales opportunities for growth in the assigned territory.

Develops a systematic and efficient mapping and routing plan for territory coverage.

Makes persuasive sales presentation and handles objectives convincingly.

Applies different effective approach methods on studying the prospects and opening outlets right the first time converting them into long term loyal customers.

Studies the competitors, analyzes competitive data, recommends action plans and strategies beneficial to clients and Company and makes us two steps ahead the competition.

Sales Management

1. Selling

Forecasts sales of the territory assigned to him considering needs of the market and present business.

Plans the objectives for the day and execute coordinated sales calls in the assigned accounts.

Analyze productivity of daily Sales calls vs. Cost incurred.

2. Merchandising

Ensures continues dominance of Icons Furniture and product displays in strategic location

Ensures productivity of resources, i.e., tarpaulin, banners, etc.

Assist clients in managing stock levels to assure stock availability and right product mix until the next sales call.

Assists clients in rotating the display in store and how to purchase and recall.

Convinces outlets to follow suggested retail price by influencing the outlets that it will give more profit.

3. Tracking Performance

Summarizes and analyze booked orders in terms of objectives, goals and improvements areas

Maintains, updates, analyzes the effectiveness of the route book.

Accurately accomplishes performance reports and submits on time.

Tracks sales volume and territory trending to determine growth in the number of accounts.

4. Business Building

Observes and analyze the movement of the products in the outlets, customer purchases and requirements for trade asset, i.e. coolers, etc.

Advises clients on how to earn more by applying the selling techniques, ordering right product mix, and handling of trade assists productively, proper merchandizing, and having the right attitude of service towards costumers.

Understands oat forecasting, inventory management, account management

Advises clients on alternatives/ solutions to their problems.

5. Customer Relation Service

Provides superior service described with quality, speed, value pricing, reliable and available products to satisfy client???s expectations.

Analyzes and approves requests donations and complimentary.

Builds and maintains goodwill and harmonious relationship.

Involves clients in dialogues so they are well informed of the company???s plan and performance and serve as a venue to be continuously aware of needs, problems and concerns.

Ensures professional service is extended to customer with the outmost ethical standards are within legal bounds.

6. Credit and Collection Management

Handles timely and accurate collection and settlement of credit accounts.
Analyze and investigates outlet performance and recommends credit line extension.
Monitor outlet???s compliance to credit policies.
Recommends temporary cancellation and revival of credit line when outlets fail to continuously settle liabilities.
