What's your ideal work environment?

Working with knowledgeable, friendly, caring people. The people you work with make or break a job; it's not the environment.

How would you describe your time at George Mason University?

I was a former LPN back in the late 70's and early 80's. I then attended art school, earning a Bachelors in Fine Arts. After completion, I realized I wanted to make a different kind of contribution to life. I missed nursing, and so went to GMU and went through their accelerated degree program. This enabled anyone with a bachelors degree in anything to complete 4 years of nursing classes in 2. I had to take a ton of prerequisites, however, for the only classes that transferred were English and Humanities. It took me several years to complete all of them .
I was a very serious student, and ended up graduating magna cum laude. I formed many study groups and made good friends as well as getting the benefit of learning together.
