Product lead and business owner for key online customer support products such as Help, My Account, Names, Passwords, Account Security Question, and Forgot Password. Define the overall vision, product strategy, roadmap, product requirements, and key performance metrics. Directly manage a team of senior product managers in addition to 20+ other project managers, developers, and quality assurance testers in a matrix capacity. Collaborate with external resources on creative design including user-interface and visual design attributes. Manage an annual budget of $1.8MM and deliver all projects on schedule in a deadline-driven environment without compromising integrity of the product....
