How would you describe your time at Y2-R Business Management Se...?
I own the company. It's a BPO group rendering services to Banks, Call Centers and other corporations from different industries that would seek us out to do certain chips of their operations. We do Debt Collection and Recovery, Marketing Campaigns, Training and Team Building Activities, Customer Care Handling, Event Planning and Coordinating, and Tele-sales. I'm a visionary person and I aim to create more job opportunities for my people. I oversee the operations, train my people, develop more efficient work process, plan for eventualities and find ways to mold a holistic breed of employees. You may wonder why I'm looking for an Event Planning Job. It's for the simple reason of wanting to re-invent myself so as to become better equipped and more updated in this field. I want to get exposure on a larger scale in a really BIG market. I'm giving myself at least a year or two of working experience in New York City so i can just copy and paste additional techniques and strategies to my local scenario here in the Philippines afterwards. I want my team to become the benchmark of excellence among our contemporaries. I'm self-made so you won't have to worry about providing me with a very lengthy training. I'm accustomed to the fast-paced city life and can be highly effective even under pressure....

How would you describe your time at Standard Charterd bank?
Standard Chartered Bank opened another professional dimension for me. There, I had opportunities to display and sharpen my leadership and public relations expertise. My last assignment in the company was to lead a group which handled a special and high ticket type of accounts. I don't really know exactly what they saw in my performance that prompted them to make an unprecedented business proposition with me when I resigned. I'd like to think that I must have done something remarkable. That business proposal eventually had Y2-R Business Management Service (my own company) as its brainchild....
