Job readiness, retention services to individuals with a focus on developing customized goals based on individual strengths and limitations and moving individuals toward economic independence.
Provide employment retention services and post placement case management to HRA Back to Work participants in all areas related to employment, assist with post employment assessment, issues and benefits, in order to maximize satisfactory and long-term employment retention.
