Year one and two: Data Entry Clerk: for work order issues, and GL account issues, return to stock inventory from GL accounts and over-issued work orders, and closing work orders to finished goods. Set up a filing system for monthly transactions for tracking purposes.
Year three plus: Inventory Control Analyst: Controlled inventory through a cycle count program that was based on dollar value, assured that all inventory was counted on a yearly basis. Analyzed monthly reports to assure inventory dollar values were kept up to date with-in the cycle count program. Used analytical skills in solving inventory discrepancies. Supported purchasing, accounting, shipping and receiving, quality control and the material review board when normal routine transactions were not used, or understood. Trained personnel on proper transactional procedures. Operated monthly MRB and QA audits.
Fourth year: Inventory Control Supervisor: Overseen data entry for work order issues, and GL accounts, kept the cycle count program intact, and on a daily schedule. Continued support for purchasing, accounting, shipping and receiving, quality control and the material review board. Organized semi-yearly physical inventories....
