Oversaw the PeopleSoft CRM 8.4 application as System Administrator, which included analyzing issues, meeting users needs, maintaining security roles, and documenting procedures and upgrades. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Witness Equality 6.5 software used also in the call centers. ??
