What's your ideal work environment?

My ideal work environment would be working with a company that cared more for their employees than they did about corporate greed. Like I said, its an IDEAL work environment. Im a family man,a second generation driver. I know what it was like to not have my dad come home from work because he was working late. I had to throw ball with the neighbors dad. I vowed I would never do that to my son. Id like to have a job that allowed me to make a living, with benefits, and yet got me home safely at night with time to share with my family.
