What makes you a great employee?

I am extremely self-motivated, i take pride in every job i do, i am easy to get along with, i am easy to work with, organized, good at what i know and do, and am alays willing to learn new things, able to damit i dont know something and take the time to learn it. I follow direction well and can also direct too, able to work unsupervised and unmanaged.
