Reporting to CEO I am in charge of IT management and Organization development. Among my assignments as Deputy Master Black Belt there is also the development of MI program that aims to promote processes innovation via six sigma driven projects.
My responsibility is to support the General Manager to define the Company Strategy and to manage the deployment in daily activities.
