What kind of job are you looking for?

I am looking for a job in the City of Chicago that has anything to do with film. I love working at festivals, as well as all the prep work. I wouldn't mind working for the Chicago Film Office and work to bring more films to Chicago. I'm also open to finding anyway to survive using film as my primary activity.... read more

How would you describe your time at University of Illinois at U...?

I spent my first three years tricking myself into thinking I would go on to become a successful businessman (Marketing major). After taking an Intro to Film class on a whim, there was no going back for me. I surrounded myself with all things cinema from beginning to end. It's history is drained into my brain. I can write a killer theoretical essay.

Alas, knowing the great history cannot compare to being behind the camera shooting my own dreams and stories. My school lacks many of the means to create any sort of production courses which is my main disappointment. I will graduate in these short months, but plan to never stop devoting my life to film.
