- Led openinstaller installation and deployment framework software development. A Java and XML based open source project which integrated over 12 other open source tools. Openinstaller is targeted at creating complex middle ware product installers.

- Experienced in user interface design. Install architecture includes user interface design that is model, view, controller based. Includes advanced install engine design to allow for future plug ins and connection with advanced deployment and provisioning technologies.

Software Engineer
How would you describe your time at Sun Microsystems?
- Designed Solaris Volume Manager upgrade mechanism for Solaris 9 installation. This project was completed while managing the Solaris Install team.
- Primary development engineer for the CD0 project, a java based software distribution mechanism designed to lower costs when releasing new SPARC systems on older OS's.
- Created the Solaris system identification wizard for Solaris 8 and worked on team to create the Solaris 8 installation tools.
- Designed and developed new mechanism to detect unused disk partitions in order to use as a bootstrap mechanism for Solaris installations.
- Solaris 8 install source gatekeeper.
- Implemented 64-bit installation selection for Solaris 7.
- Provided sustaining and customer development support for Solaris 2.5.1, 2.6 , 7 and 8.
- Lead install engineer for Solaris 8 Platinum Beta program.
