How would you describe your time at Marko's Bar and Grill?

I opened and closed the bar when needed. Was responsible for my drawer and the beginning and end of each shift. Busy bar, had to be fast moving, very busy for sporting events and weekends for bands. I also worked long hours, sometimes up to 14 hour days to help the other girls out.

Upper end restaurant. I was responsible for my drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Got good dinner rushes, had to move fast. Lots of martinis and higher end cocktails (e.g. manhattans, gibsons, gimlets, mojitos, old fashions, etc..)
