If you could choose, what city would you most like to live/work in? Why?

Hmm, well, at the moment i'm fascinated by all things slavic. I think i'd love to plant myself in one of the former bloc countries and work for an NGO. The entire area is still in flux and i'd love to be able to work and see the effects first hand.
