What's your ideal work environment?

My ideal work environment would provide a maximum of independence yet incorporate relationships with management or other workers. I would be able to create a schedule for myself and for those with whom I work. A second ideal environment would be one conducive to research and learning with responsibility for accurate reporting. I enjoy variety (e.g. as a mystery shopper there was diversity of experience). I like to build and maintain relationships that are ongoing. I worked full time while I was finishing my degree at Western Illinois University. Some of my studies were independent studies which I particularly enjoyed creating. I worked on a one-to-one basis with my professors. I was also able to choose and arrange for my internship.
